Mitchell S. Fromstein is the retired Chairman and CEO of Manpower, Inc., a global Fortune 500 human resources firm. Fromstein joined Manpower in 1975 and engineered its expansion to 60 countries and an annual revenue of over $15 billion.

He is a trustee of the Committee for Economic Development, and served as a board member of Public/Private Ventures, a non-profit public policy and program development organization. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Fromstein served as a member of The Aspen Institute Domestic Strategy Study Group and the Wingspread Group on Higher Education.
